Planning Appeal, 2 dwellings, West Berkshire - Prepared and submitted a successful planning appeal for the replacement of a bungalow with 2 semi-detached dwellings.
Housing projects - Currently providing support to The Town Planning Experts with a range of small scale residential planning applications and appeals across England including new dwellings, conversion of single dwellings to flats, Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), change of use and Prior Notification Offices to Residential Conversion.
Planning Appraisal, Industrial Estate, Somerset - This project involved undertaking a review of the planning history and planning policies affecting the site and advising the client on potential planning options
Running a Business from Home, Wiltshire - This involved providing advice to client who ran a small business from home and was being threatened with Enforcement Action by the Council. I was able to provide advice and support in replying to a Planning Contravention Notice and persuade that the Council that no material change of use had occured and permission was not needed.
3 Flats to 1 dwelling, South Wales - I provided planning advice and support on how to achieve planning permission to convert three flats back into one dwelling for use by a small religious community

Planning Objection, New Dwelling, Swindon - TMP has prepared and submitted a planning objection in relation demolition and replacement of an existing dwelling in a Conservation Area .
Minerals Safeguarding Assessments to support planning applications - Avoiding sterilisation of important mineral resources can be an important consideration in some local authorities requiring assessments to be provided with applications. TMP has prepared a number of these assessments for clients to support planning applications.
