CLIENT REVIEWS

"I needed support to get planning approval for a small care home for autistic children, so I could start the Ofsted registration process. Tim submitted a lawful use application to the Council and we were successful! He did a fantastic job helping me through the process and responding to the Council when questions were raised. I highly recommend TMP Planning Ltd for all your planning requirements."
- Mr G.M, Northamptonshire

I needed someone to handle the process of applying to convert my house into two very nice flats - this was a completely new endeavour for me. Tim was very helpful, not only with his time but also through his diligent work. He communicated any issues and challenges along the way in a very professional manner and due to his knowledgeable approach and expertise we were successful in our application on our first go!”
- Mr S.L., Swindon

"Tim listened carefully to our situation, provided sound impartial advice and prepared an appeal case on our behalf that helped us overturn our planning application refusal. Thanks Tim for a job well done."
- Mr A.B, West Berkshire

"Having recently moved to a stone built property in Somerset, inside a Conservation Area, we asked Tim's advice as to the best way forward as regards an extension we were planning. Tim was very helpful in explaining what was possible and what was not possible under Permitted Development. Based on this, Tim completed all the required documents for the Council submission and we were awarded a Lawful Development Certificate without any delays keeping the timing of the project on track."
- Mr and Mrs D, Somerset

"Tim was responsible for coordinating a pre-planning enquiry as part of our delivery of a feasibility study for a community energy project. Tim liased extremely well with the planning officer, and fed back regularly to the project steering group on progress. He also coordinated the preparation of CAD drawings and collated other evidence which secured a positive pre-planning response from the Council."
- M.W, West Midlands

"We asked for Tim's help with a particularly tricky situation relating to the planning / use class status of a valuable residential property in London. Tim was proactive and practical, working with the planning officer and updating on progress. He was also very commercial and we valued his advice on the bigger picture as well as on the detail."
- Mr and Mrs B., North London

I represent a local Christian Charity in Swindon and we used TMP Planning Ltd to apply for a Change of use of an Industrial Unit to Place of Worship (F1). TMP were open with the difficulty, but focused on narrowing down the issues and suggesting ideas on how we could address each point by making a strong case to the Council on why this application should be treated differently and granted on considerable grounds. At the end, Planning Consent was granted with the expertise and professionalism of TMP Planning Ltd. I cannot thank them enough. Great result.
-Mr F.B., Swindon
