Some examples of recent projects that TMP Planning have been involved with include: 
Planning Appeal, 2 dwellings, West Berkshire - Prepared and submitted a successful planning appeal for the replacement of a bungalow with 2 semi-detached dwellings. 
Change of Use from industrial unit to place of worship, Swindon - Succesful application to convert a vacant industrial building into a church 
Office to residential conversion, Chippenham - Succesfully secured Prior Approval for change of use of vacant office building to residential. 
Lawful Development Certificate, small children's care homes, Bexley, Northants and Manchester - Successfully secured approval for a C2 childrens' care home where there was no material change of use. 
Lawful Development Certificate, supported living for adults, Croydon - Successfully secured approval for several supported living homes for adults with complex needs 
Planning Permission - 1 Dwelling to 2 flats, Swindon- Successfully secure planning permission for the coversion of a residential dwelling to 2 flats. 
Planning Appeal - Residential Extension, Waltham Forest - Prepared and submitted successful appeal for a first floor extension 
Running a Business from Home, Wiltshire - I was able to provide advice and support in replying to a Planning Contravention Notice and persuade that the Council that no material change of use had occured and permission was not needed. 
Pre-application support for a Community Energy project, Warwickshire - I prepared and submitted a pre-application request for an innovative rural Electric Vehicle charging point project powered by renewable energy.
